Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Program Manager to join their
Talent Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of assessment programs across talent acquisition
and onboarding
Manage and improve existing talent management initiatives and
onboarding processes
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to gather feedback and refine
programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting
company programs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business
partners
Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing
effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Familiarity with change management principles is a bonus
