A company is looking for a Manager, Development and
Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes open
communication and professional development
Develop and maintain efficient workflows for in-house and offshore
teams, addressing operational complexities and ensuring
alignment
Manage relationships with offshore vendors and provide regular
project updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent experience) required
8+ years of experience managing hybrid development teams, focusing
on team leadership and workflow optimization required
Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions in Azure,
following DevSecOps principles required
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated understanding of Azure DevOps and DevSecOps principles
to oversee development workflows
