Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration
with stakeholders
Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing risks and
tracking progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate
communication among stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center, preferably in
financial services
Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs to deliver results
Expert knowledge of project management and best practices
Familiarity with customer support technology stacks
Experience in providing constructive feedback to drive project
success
