Job Description: General Manager, Restaurant and Food ServiceCompany Overview: Vibrant and growing business that operates two trailers specializing in snow cones and other refreshing treats. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and a friendly customer experience. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our trailers and help elevate our business to the next level.Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of both trailers, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly. Ensure that exceptional customer service is always provided.
• Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, including ice, syrups, cups, and other products. Track usage and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
• Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the business. Coordinate and participate in local events to increase visibility.
• Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance and alignment with company values. Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs. Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Product Expertise:Bring expertise in coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages to enhance product offerings. Train staff in preparing high-quality products and snacks.
• Quality Control:Maintain high standards for product quality and presentation. Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices.
• Administrative Tasks:Manage daily cash flow, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial records. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ice Production and Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the production of ice and ensure equipment is in good working condition. Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs as needed.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably with a focus on food and beverage.
• Expertise in coffee, tea, and related beverages is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in inventory management, marketing, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
