Job Description:
Job SummaryEvaluates, plans and implements specific treatment
programs for individual patients according to the principles and
practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary
treatment team. Delegates and monitors the work of licensed
physical therapist assistants, technicians, and other support
staff.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationBachelor's DegreeMinimum
Work ExperienceNo previous experience.Required
Licenses/CertificationsLicense to practice Physical Therapy in the
State of Texas or eligible for licensure.Current CPR
certification.TX Driver's LicenseRequired Skills, Knowledge, and
AbilitiesInput data into computer programs.Familiar with
rehabilitation equipment.Designated DriverYesLocation: Hendrick
Health H/C Housecalls Med Physical ThSchedule: Full Time, Day
Shift, M-F 8a - 5p - occasional weekends
