  • Certifications Required as applicable
  • Acknowledge Pass/Fail Testing for Telemetry RNs
  • Tech Cert Verification - National
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    • Job Details
    • may be asked to float to our other campus or another floor, must be flexible.
    • Must live 150 miles from facility.
      • Job Requirements
      • RN
      • BLS
      • ACLS
      • NRP
        • Additional Details
        • I9 or Attestation
        • Government Issued Photo ID required
        • Everify or Attestation
        • Modules be required for all candidates during orientation, roughly 3-4 hours to complete
        • Parking available for orientation, employment parking available after orientation, no fee
        • Physical Exam required within 1 year of start
        • Seasonal flu vaccine is required
