Menard ManorNow hiring for the following positions:Speech Therapist (PRN) Occupational Therapist (PRN) About:Menard Manor is a dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing quality care to nursing home residents with 40 certified beds in Menard, TX. We leverage technology to ensure our residents receive exceptional therapy and support, even remotely.We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (PRN) and an Occupational Therapist (PRN) to conduct telehealth evaluations, recertifications, and discharge assessments for patients in a nursing home setting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work flexibly while making a difference in the lives of residents, focusing on enhancing their well-being and independence.Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations, recertifications, and discharge assessments for nursing home residents.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.Speech Therapist Qualifications:
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Texas.
  • Experience in a telehealth environment, particularly in skilled nursing or similar settings, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting is a plus.Occupation Therapist Responsibilities:
    • Conduct telehealth evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and needs.
    • Complete recertifications and re-evaluate treatment plans as required.
    • Perform discharge assessments to ensure a safe transition and provide recommendations for continued care.
    • Collaborate with on-site staff to develop individualized care plans.
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Occupation Therapist Requirements:
      • Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Texas.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective telehealth service.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
