AudiologistAboutJoin a talented team of individuals who serve

hiring experienced Audiologists to perform one-time, in-person
Audiology Examinations for veterans and active-duty military
personnel.SummaryAt Clay Consulting you will apply your expertise
in the evaluation and diagnosis of audiological conditions. As a
disability examiner, you gather and synthesize clinical evidence
through medical and military record review, interviews with
Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical
opinion of the likelihood that the Veterans condition is related to
their military service. The timely and expert examination assures
that a Veterans claim is heard and dutifully processed by the
Veteran Benefits AdministrationEssential Duties and
ResponsibilitiesConducts Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams for
Veterans, including but not limited to taking health histories,
performing assessments, diagnostic testing and reportingPrepares
timely, unbiased, and complete documentation of all Veteran care as
provided by law, regulation, and established policyUses diagnostic
audiometric tests to identify and monitor hearing disorders for
VeteransConducts Tympanometry and Acoustic Reflex testing on
VeteransUtilizes application of assessment and evaluation in
rendering medical diagnoses and opinionsEnsures compliance with
federal, state, and local regulationsExhibits a high degree of
courtesy, tact, and poise when interacting with Veterans, families,
and other healthcare professionalsAdjusts to fluctuating volume
while maintaining quality, timeliness, and customer servicePerforms
other related duties as assigned by managementMinimum
QualificationsDoctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Masters of
Audiology (M.A.), Masters of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.),
Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD), Masters in
Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology
(Ed.D)An active and unrestricted audiologist license in the state
in which exams are performedMust be either ASHA certified or have
completed a masters or doctorate level through an ASHA certified
program.2 years experience in Audiology role (preferred)Clay

perform Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams, Separation Health
Assessments (SHAs), and Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP)
evaluations for our Nation's Veterans. Our offices are outfitted
