Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Support Coordinator to provide
support within the Care Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Utilization Management, Case Management, and
Disease Management requests
Maintain customer service excellence during all interactions with
members and providers
Assist with workflow processes and provide referrals to health
coaches for member outreach
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is a plus
Familiarity with claims processes and BCBSMN products preferred
