Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Office Operations
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including managing service
appointments and customer inquiries
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls,
installations, and repairs
Organize documents, process customer payments, and assist with
dispatching software implementation
Required Qualifications
Experience in scheduling or dispatching
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar service industry
preferred
ServiceTitan experience of 1 year or more
Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
High school diploma or equivalent required
