Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Payroll Coordinator
responsible for supporting payroll tax activities and ensuring
compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll tax setup and compliance with government
agencies
Conduct research and resolve payroll tax withholding issues
Maintain payroll files and provide necessary reports as per company
procedures
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
knowledge
7+ years of US payroll experience with tax expertise
5+ years of experience with ADP payroll platform and
SmartCompliance
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate
professionalism
