Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal to support the daily
operations of the Legal department remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage various legal responsibilities, including document
management and litigation support
Support corporate documentation maintenance and annual insurance
processes
Assist with legal and compliance projects and collaborate with
Corporate Counsels on subpoena requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or a minimum of
five years legal experience
Corporate paralegal or risk/legal background
Paralegal certificate
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house
role
Experience in a financial institution and/or credit union
