Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to
support the Global Marketing Strategy & Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budget, inform investment strategy, and improve tracking and
measuring of budget
Reconcile spend data and manage billing transactions, vendor
communications, and month-end close
Support the marketing planning process, including budget transfers,
variance analysis, and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
Experience with Pigment Implementation and Budget Management
Expertise with Google Sheets
Experience with Oracle Cloud and/or Hyperion is a plus
Experience in partnering with Accounting and Finance teams
Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders at all
levels
