Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Representative to manage
claims processing in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in reviewing, researching, investigating,
negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
Analyze trends and generate reports as needed
Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality
standards consistently
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
3+ years of experience in an office, healthcare, or pharmacy
environment
Familiarity with computers and Windows PCs, with the ability to
learn new systems
Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours of
7:30am - 4:00pm PST, including potential overtime and weekends
