The team in Midland will consist of two Neonatologists providing coverage in this level II NICU Responsibilities

• 18 beds between Level II
• Average 2300 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 9
• Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III
• Plan to decrease gestational age and higher acuity admits to unit over time
• 2 MD model, in house coverage during the day, call from home
• Holiday coverage needed: December 25-31 Qualifications
  • TX license required
