Description:POSITION DESCRIPTION:Flatland Energy Services Safety Compliance Coordinator's primary purpose is promoting occupational health awareness, maintaining and training workforce on safety policies. The compliance coordinator will provide office support in regards to safety efforts across the organization. Duties/ Responsibilities:Operator QualificationConduct and assist in new hire orientation. Conduct Operator Qualification for NCCER, EWN, Veriforce. Provide administrative support for our Safety Operations. Assist with online training (KPA), including maintaining schedule and assigning Safety training, and preparing reports. Assist managing all compliance websites.Administrative duties include taking safety meeting minutes; managing JSAs; updating SOPs and compliance websites; & tracking employee training requirements.Ensure the completeness and maintenance of all records, documents or reports related to assigned safety and health programs.May assist with preparation of reports, graphs, and presentation materials to communicate key safety statistics.Support location in record-keeping of Occupational Safety and Health programs.Supporting the development and editing of department SOPs.Responsible for all computer-based activities such as data collection.Responsible for collecting drug and alcohol specimens for onboarding process.Tracking corrective actions and incident data through KPA EHS.Reviewing important safety documents.Analyzing health and safety data.Presenting periodic safety training sessions to the company.Assists with online training (KPA), including maintaining schedule and assigning Safety training, and preparing reports.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Oil and gas construction experience a plusStrong communication skills to relay information more effectively to others within an organization. Problem-solving skills Time management skillsProficient with computers and technology is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
