Ohio Licensed Compliance Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a PBM License & Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities

Participates in regulatory audit proceedings and coordinates PBM licensing
Conducts targeted pharmacy audits and develops Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) based on findings
Monitors Medicare Part D regulations and ensures compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of audit and healthcare industry experience required
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience reviewing and interpreting regulatory business requirements
Current knowledge of plan and benefit structures and Medicare guidelines
