Job Description:
A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to assist
students in securing clinical placements and building relationships
with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with clinical sites for student rotations and
present these to the Program Director for approval
Identify and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare
agencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Manage relationships with existing clinical partners to facilitate
successful student experiences
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred; relevant experience in
healthcare or placement considered
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare field
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Experience in relationship building and negotiation
