Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance, improvement, and operations of corporate

Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and
insurance companies
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage property-related
budgets and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration,
or related field
7+ years of experience managing high-value properties
Strong project management and vendor relationship skills
Experience with property management systems and technologies
Understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements
