Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Partner, Customer
Success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires in
Strategic & Enterprise Customer Success teams
Collaborate with leadership to conduct needs analyses and design
effective enablement programming
Develop and maintain a library of enablement content and manage
assigned projects to improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
1-3 years experience in Customer Success
Minimum of 2 years experience in enablement, training, or a related
field, preferably in SaaS
Project/program management experience is a plus
Familiarity with enablement tools and technologies such as
Salesforce and Docebo
